Paid advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

Email marketing and marketing automation
Photography, videography, and creative production
Marketing consultancy and training
We may update or modify our services from time to time to improve offerings.
4. Quotes & Proposals
All quotes and proposals issued by Your Marketing Story are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur further charges, which will be quoted before being carried out.
5. Payments & Billing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion or delivery.
Ongoing or subscription-based services (e.g. social media, consultancy retainers, or ads management) are billed monthly in advance.
Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of work or service access.
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and may be subject to VAT as per Irish law.
Invoices are payable via bank transfer or other approved payment methods specified on your invoice.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a project or subscription at any time by giving 14 days’ written notice.
However, please note:
Deposits and partial payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
For subscription or retainer services, refunds are not provided for unused time or partial months.
Your Marketing Story reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if a client breaches these terms or engages in unethical or illegal activity.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables (e.g. graphics, website designs, content) become the property of the client.
Your Marketing Story retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Source files (e.g. raw design or video files) are not included unless specifically stated in your contract or proposal.
All text, graphics, logos, and designs on this website remain the intellectual property of Your Marketing Story and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery of services, clients agree to:
Provide all necessary materials, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure all information provided is accurate and complete.
Obtain any required permissions, trademarks, or copyrights for materials supplied to us.
Your Marketing Story is not responsible for project delays caused by late client feedback, content delivery, or third-party dependencies.
9. Marketing & Portfolio Use
We may display completed projects, designs, and case studies on our website and social media for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to have your project featured, please notify us in writing before work begins.
10. Liability
While we take great care in delivering professional marketing services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as traffic, sales, or search rankings.

Loss of profits, business, or data
Third-party failures (hosting, ad platforms, payment processors, etc.)
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service.
11. Confidentiality
All client data, strategies, and communications are treated as confidential.
We will not share or disclose confidential information without your consent unless required by law.
12. Data Protection
We process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

13. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may use trusted third-party software (e.g. Google, Meta, Framer, GoHighLevel, MailerLite, etc.) to deliver our services.
